Biography

Lorrie Kirshenbaum is the director of the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences at the St. Boniface Hospital Albrechtsen Research Centre and a professor at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. She leads efforts in understanding the molecular pathways that underlie sex-specific differences in heart failure.
