Dr. Louis Martin Boucher

Biography

Louis-Martin Boucher is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University. He specializes in Interventional Radiology and has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in the area of molecular imaging. He completed his medical training through a Joint MD-Ph.D. Program at the University of Toronto from 1991 to 2001. Following his education, he underwent residency training at Toronto from 2001 to 2007 and completed a fellowship in 2008 in the same city. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Boucher serves as the Program Director for the Interventional Radiology Residency and chairs the Research Committee. His clinical work and research focus on advancing techniques and practices in interventional radiology, aiming to enhance patient outcomes through innovative approaches and technologies. He is actively involved in guiding future radiologists during their training, fostering a rigorous academic environment that encourages research and professional development.
