Biography

Louis Simard is a Full Professor in the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa, where he teaches within the Public Administration Program. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris and a Master's degree in Political Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
