Dr. Louise Pedersen

Biography

Louise Møller Pedersen researches organizational development and management changes in public organizations. She specializes in social organizational sustainability, with a focus on the sustainable use of personnel resources and a cross-institutional research network on Social Organizational Sustainability. At Aalborg University, she teaches primarily on organizational development, human resource management, and the psychosocial working environment with particular emphasis on change processes involving middle managers. Louise coordinated courses in human resource management for both undergraduate and master's students, and she has taught multiple master's courses including Strategic HRM, Master Public Governance, and Master Learning Processes. She has published in recognized international and Danish journals and has worked extensively on the management of the Danish healthcare system. Current projects include exploring the positive psychosocial factors affecting work and mental health in relation to relocation processes in Gødstrup, with the aim of developing recommendations for managers to facilitate change processes. Her work is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in relation to education and organizational development.
