Biography

Lucia Tirca received her Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering, Bucharest, Romania. She actively participates in professional societies such as CISC, CSCE, and ASCE, and her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that structural engineering is an art that ensures public safety through responsible design.
