Dr. Lue Pan

Biography

Lue Pan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Michigan. His research interests lie primarily in algebraic number theory, focusing on p-adic aspects, and he has a keen interest in the Langlands program. His current research delves into p-adic Galois representations and p-adic automorphic forms. Pan’s work is centered on the study of p-adic geometry and Shimura varieties, particularly utilizing recent developments in p-adic Hodge theory. He received his B.A. from Peking University in 2013 and his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 2018. His expertise contributes significantly to the field of mathematics, benefiting both undergraduate and graduate studies within his department.
