Luigi Gnudi obtained his MD with Honors from Parma University in Italy in 1988, completing specialist training in Diabetes and Endocrinology in 1993 at the University of Padua. His research focuses on diabetic nephropathy and diabetic vascular complications, and he has published over 100 original papers and books on these topics.
