Biography

Luiz Felipe Aguinsky is a Lecturer in Computational Nanoelectronics at the University of Glasgow, where he also serves as the Deputy Group Leader of the DeepNano Research Group. His research focuses on modeling semiconductor fabrication processes, particularly utilizing machine learning techniques to enhance atomistic modeling of memristors. His ongoing research interests encompass ML-Enhanced Modeling, Emerging Memory Devices, Semiconductor Process Simulation, and a variety of other advanced topics within nanoelectronics.
