Biography

Lukas Tribelhorn is a Research Teaching Assistant at the Department of Communication and Media Research (IKMZ) at the University of Zurich since February 2022. His dissertation focuses on the influence of media use perception on social reality and social norms among adolescents, as well as the associated effects on health behavior. His methodological focus lies on longitudinal analyses, with data collected through surveys and innovative methods such as data donation and usage tracking. He is a participant in the Excellence Programme Digital Society Initiative (DSI) and has received a DSI Scholarship. This participation enables him to engage in interdisciplinary discourses on digital transformation in society and acquire a broad range of interdisciplinary skills as part of the DSI curriculum.
