Biography

Lukasz Golab obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto in 2001, graduating with High Distinction. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in 2006, where he was awarded the Alumni Gold Medal. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as a Senior Member of Research Staff at AT&T Labs before joining the University of Waterloo in 2011. He has held the title of Canada Research Chair from 2014 to 2024.
