Biography

Luo Zuo is the Provost’s Chair Professor of Accounting and Finance at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is a Senior Fellow at the Asian Bureau of Finance and Economic Research and a Research Affiliate at the Sustainable Green Finance Institute. Professor Zuo earned his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2013 and subsequently joined Cornell University, where he attained tenure in 2017 and was promoted to full professor in 2022. His teaching experience spans institutions like NUS, Cornell, and MIT, and he is currently involved in educating both Executive MBA and doctoral students in accounting. He has received multiple awards for his research and teaching excellence.
