Luuk Huitink is an Associate Professor and the MA Programme Director at the University of Amsterdam's Faculty of Humanities. He received his Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam and furthered his education at Worcester College, University of Oxford, where he completed his Master of Studies and DPhil. He aims to combine innovative theoretical frameworks with traditional philological practices. He is a member of the Amsterdam Centre for Ancient Studies & Archaeology (ACASA) and is involved in projects supported by the Netherlands National Research School Classical Studies (OIKOS). Huitink sits on the board of Anchoring Innovation and is part of the executive committee of the International Xenophon Society, as well as the editorial board of the peer-reviewed online journal Histos.
