Biography

Lyle Ungar is a Professor in multiple departments at the University of Pennsylvania including Bioengineering, Computer Information Science, Genomics Computational Biology, Operations, Information Decisions, and Psychology. Professor Ungar has also consulted for a range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, on the strategic use of information technology in areas such as data mining, recommender systems, chatbots, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence.
