Biography

Lynne Sacks is a Lecturer and the Research Director at the EdRedesign Lab within the Harvard Graduate School of Education. With over 20 years of experience in research, non-profit initiatives, and education policy, Sacks leads the organization's research activities focusing on educational redesign. Before joining EdRedesign, she worked at the Center for Equity and Excellence in Education at George Washington University and the National Center for Education Economy. Additionally, Sacks has conducted research for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the American Institutes for Research, and has served as a consultant for various educational organizations, including New Profit and the Annenberg Center for School Reform. She has also worked as a high school adult English teacher. Sacks holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and both M.Ed. and Ed.D. degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
