Biography

Lynne completed her PhD at the Australian National University, and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Australian National University, and the University of Strathclyde. She took a lectureship at UNSW Canberra in 1999. Lynne currently teaches course contributions at the BSc Chemistry program and serves as the Chemistry 1 laboratory coordinator. Her main research interests include the synthesis and study of redox-active luminescent transition metal complexes, their applications in sensor systems, light-activated molecular devices, supramolecular assemblies, and therapeutic approaches. Additionally, she is involved in electrosynthesis of green energetic materials.
