Biography

M’Lis Bartlett is a passionate environmental educator with a focus on place-based education that incorporates social justice issues. With 25 years of experience as an urban environmental educator, activist, artist, and researcher, she has worked in diverse communities including New York City, Detroit, and Flint, Michigan. M'Lis is dedicated to building supportive and ethical partnerships between communities and institutions.
