Biography

Maarten Lindeboom is a Full Professor in the Department of Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He holds a PhD from Leiden University and is currently an editor for the Journal of Health Economics. His research primarily focuses on applied microeconomics in the fields of health, labor, and aging. Lindeboom has held prestigious visiting positions at institutions such as the University of Michigan and the University of Bristol, where he was awarded the Benjamin Meaker Chair.
