Biography

Maarten Renkema is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, specializing in Human Resource Management and Innovation. His work has been published in various peer-reviewed journals such as Human Resource Management Review and the International Journal of Human Resource Management. Beyond research, Maarten is actively involved in teaching and supervising students in various programs, and he contributes to the Health Sciences Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Board.
