Biography

Madalyn Miller is a lecturer at Columbia Law School and a partner in the New York office of Gibson Dunn, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Transportation Space Group and is a member of the Finance Practice Group. With extensive experience in structured finance, she represents underwriters, lenders, and lessors across a range of transactions. Her expertise encompasses portfolio securitizations, acquisition financing, and both secured and unsecured lending.
