Magda Donia joined the Telfer School of Management in 2011 as an Associate Professor, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. Her findings have been shared at various international conferences and she has been recognized with a Student Paper Award from the OB division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and the Founders' Award from the Society for Business Ethics. She is involved in research addressing international development and cooperation in alleviating poverty and reducing social inequality, and is part of a multidisciplinary team providing university scholarships to public school graduates in northeastern Brazil.
