I am interested in forecasting, uncertainty quantification, and probabilistic machine learning in general. I work on using machine learning to help combat antimicrobial resistance, as part of the Digital Health Hub for AMR. I previously obtained my PhD at the University of Manchester, where I researched integrating physical information into Gaussian process models. My work combines methodologies from machine learning with practical applications to address significant issues in healthcare and public health.
