Biography

Magret Lan received her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio, Texas in 1998. Following her dental education, she completed a General Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, receiving certifications in 1999 and 2000. From 2000 to 2005, Dr. Lan practiced as a general dentist before furthering her education in periodontics. In 2008, she earned her Master of Science degree in Periodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston, Texas. Currently, Dr. Lan specializes in Periodontics and Implant dentistry in her private practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the Greater Houston Society of Periodontists, and the Southwest Society of Periodontists.
