Dr. Mahesh Vaidyanathan

Biography

Mahesh Vaidyanathan, MD, MBA, is an Assistant Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, specializing in Anesthesiology. He completed his MBA at the University of South Florida in 2005 and earned his MD from Saint Georges University in 2011. He has undergone extensive postgraduate training with a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Obstetrical Anesthesiology at Northwestern University. Dr. Vaidyanathan is board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is recognized for his dedication to education, receiving multiple Excellence in Teaching Awards from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, highlighting his commitment to training the next generation of medical professionals. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Vaidyanathan actively participates in various committees, including the Quality Management Committee at the Society of Obstetric Anesthesiology and Perinatology.
