Biography

Mahsa Adib is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture at Michigan State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Architecture with a focus on Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Environment and Behavior, PLOS Water, and the Journal of Digital Landscape Architecture. Additionally, Adib has participated in interdisciplinary projects, including those funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, aimed at tackling climate challenges in Baltimore. Her collaborations also extend to research on prescribed fire management and urban thermal inequities.
