Biography

Maj Ørskov is an Assistant Professor at Aarhus University, specialized in Aesthetics and Culture. He earned his PhD in Aesthetics and Culture in March 2023 and holds a Master's degree in Visual Culture from the University of Copenhagen, awarded in August 2015. He is also involved in performance poetry and creative writing, seeking to create participatory, engaging classroom experiences. Ørskov's work includes editing a collective anthology and co-directing the Centre for Research on Artistic Practices in Contemporary Conditions.
