Biography

Maksym Myronov is an Associate Professor at the University of Warwick and leads the Semiconductors Research Group. His expertise encompasses epitaxial growth, materials characterisation, and device technologies utilizing group IV and III–V semiconductors. He has pioneered the use of group IV epitaxy to engineer novel nanoscale materials for a wide range of applications, including electronic, photonic, thermoelectric, spintronic, photovoltaic, quantum, energy storage, battery, and sensor devices. His research interests include solid state device technology, epitaxial thin films, low-dimensional group-IV semiconductor structures, and various advanced deposition techniques.
