Biography

Malte Graßhof is a prominent legal scholar and the President of the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg. Appointed Honorary Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tübingen in 2018, he has held several significant positions in the judiciary, including President of the Constitutional Court of Baden-Württemberg and President of the Administrative Court of Stuttgart. His prominent roles also involve serving as Vice President of the Administrative Court of Karlsruhe and being a judge at the Administrative Court of Sigmaringen. His academic contributions focus predominantly on constitutional law, administrative law, and European law, with several publications, including 'The Enforcement of Norm Control Decisions by the Federal Constitutional Court' published in 2003.
