Dr. Manja Vollmann

Biography

Manja Vollmann is an Assistant Professor in the Health Psychology section of Socio-Medical Sciences at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management. She obtained her master's and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the University of Greifswald, Germany. Manja's research interests focus on the factors and processes that affect well-being and health, particularly in individuals who face illness and challenging circumstances. Her recent research activities primarily investigate the health and well-being of students and the performance determinants influencing health professionals' preventive behaviors, including vaccination uptake. She enthusiastically works with complex datasets and applies advanced methods of statistical data analysis in her research.
