Biography

Maohong Fan has led numerous projects in areas such as chemical production, clean energy generation, and environmental protection, collaborating with both domestic and international funding agencies including the National Science Foundation (NSF), Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the New Energy Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) in Japan. His research interests encompass reaction mechanisms in chemical energy processes, controlling air pollution, and managing water quality, as well as performing life cycle assessments of chemical energy generation processes.
