Marc Lavoie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with honors from Moncton, a Master's degree in Psycho-education from Montreal, a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Montreal, and two postdoctoral fellowships in Neuropsychology from Montreal and Psychophysiology from Lille, France. His research focuses on evaluating and treating Tourette syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and hyperactivity in adults, specifically examining the physiological effects of non-medication treatments. Additionally, he investigates gender differences in information processing and brain activity in psychosis patients. His work has resulted in numerous significant publications and has received favorable coverage in written and electronic media.
