Biography

I am Professor of Epidemiology with a primary appointment in the Department of Epidemiology and an affiliated appointment in the Department of Immunology and Infectious Diseases. I direct the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics, a center of excellence funded by the Modeling Infectious Disease Agents Study program of the National Institute of Health and the National Institute of General Medical Sciences.
