Marcia Weaver, PhD economist, leads the Cost-Effectiveness research team at UW’s Institute for Health Metrics Evaluation. She is the Principal Investigator of the Integrated Infectious Disease Capacity Building Evaluation (IDCAP), which is funded by the Accordia Global Health Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
