Dr. Marco Meneguzzo

Biography

Marco Meneguzzo has been a Professor at the Università della Svizzera italiana since 2002, specializing in Public Non-profit Management. He has a significant background in research related to public networks governance and performance evaluation within various sectors, including healthcare and cultural initiatives. Notably, Meneguzzo is currently the Academic Director of the Master’s programme in Public Management Policy at Swiss Universities, which incorporates a collaborative degree organized across multiple Swiss institutions. His extensive project experience includes coordinating several national research initiatives funded by the Italian Ministry of University Scientific Research, focusing on the effectiveness of public administration and public/private partnership management in knowledge-intensive sectors. He has led projects analyzing the economic impact of cultural events and has collaborated with universities and regional governments to foster local autonomy and development. His academic contributions also include overseeing international cooperation projects between Switzerland and Italy, and he actively engages in managing care for frail patients through integrated health care solutions and technology management.
