Marella de Bruijn is a Professor at the Radcliffe Department of Medicine. She obtained her BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Leiden University and completed her PhD at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands, specializing in Immunology. After her doctorate, she was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Cell Biology and Genetics at Erasmus University and later joined the Dutch Cancer Society as a Fellow. As a Principal Investigator, she coordinates the recruitment, training, and supervision of DPhil students and postdoctoral researchers, while also serving as the Director of Graduate Studies at the Radcliffe Department of Medicine and the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine.
