Biography

Margaret (Meg) Cernak, ’89, is an adjunct clinical assistant professor of law at the University of Michigan Law School. She has practiced in the areas of commercial, tort, and insurance coverage litigation in firms across southeastern Michigan for more than 30 years. In addition to her private practice work, Cernak served as a full-time clinical assistant professor in Michigan Law’s Legal Practice Program from 2000 to 2002 and has continued to return as an adjunct professor. She is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and is a partner in the insurance coverage group at Collins Einhorn Farrell PC.
