Dr. Margaret Clark

Biography

Margaret Clark is the John M. Musser Professor in the Department of Psychology. Her research interests center on intra- and interpersonal processes that enable individuals to initiate and maintain mutually supportive close interpersonal relationships. She examines the various obstacles they face, their overlapping interests, and the emotional underpinnings that facilitate these interpersonal functions. Her work significantly contributes to understanding the nature of relationships and emotional exchanges between individuals.
