Biography

Margaret Martin is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at Western University. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, an M.S.L. from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. (Hons) and M.A. in Philosophy from McMaster University. Professor Martin has been invited to speak at leading universities in Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She teaches courses in constitutional law, jurisprudence, and criminal theory, with recent publications exploring complex themes in legal philosophy and international law.
