Biography

Margot Peeters studies the development of adolescents' risk behaviors related to addiction, covering topics such as substance use, problematic gaming, and externalizing behavior. Her focus is on understanding behavioral change to promote the (mental) health of young people, with a special emphasis on the school context. By addressing the perspective of young people, she aims to bridge the gap between science and practice.
