Biography

Margot Voisin holds a bachelor's degree in law (2017) and a master's degree in law (2021) from the University of Geneva, where she also participated in an exchange program at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium. She was an alumna of the Law Clinic for Rights of Vulnerable Persons and engaged in a master's seminar at the University of Geneva that addressed human rights from a practical perspective, including work focused on the rights of unaccompanied minors in Switzerland. In parallel with her studies, Margot worked from 2021 as a research assistant for Professor Yaniv Benhamou within the framework of the transversal course 'Understanding Digital'. In January 2022, she joined the Digital Law Center as a research teaching assistant under Professors Yaniv Benhamou and Jacques de Werra. Currently, she is also writing her PhD thesis. Her research interests encompass data protection, intellectual property, media law, artificial intelligence, and issues related to digital discrimination and social bias.
