Biography

Technical scientist specialized in low-temperature thermochronology. I use fission-track (U-Th)/He dating of zircon and apatite to study the exhumation and evolution of mountain belts. I am particularly interested in the links between erosion, mountain-building processes, and long-term landscape evolution. I am based at the Institute of Geochemistry and Petrology and I work within the Earth Surface Dynamics Group of the Geological Institute.
