Biography

Maria Niculete is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale School of Medicine. Her expertise lies in Clinical Psychology, where she has gained substantial experience as a clinician and researcher. She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Missouri in 2014. Additionally, she has undergone significant training, serving as a Psychology Fellow at Yale Psychiatry/VA Connecticut Healthcare System in 2016 and completing her Clinical Psychology Internship at the same institution in 2014. Niculete's research focuses on critical areas in medical and public health, particularly drug overdose, harm reduction, naloxone, substance-related disorders, and behavioral health.
