Maria Ponomarenko teaches and writes on administrative law, local government law, constitutional law, and criminal procedure. Before joining the faculty at the University of Texas, she was an associate professor of law at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she received the Stanley V. Kinyon Teacher of the Year award in 2021.
