Biography

Maria Vincenzi is an Associate Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of Hertford College. She completed her PhD at the Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation in Portsmouth and the Physics and Astronomy Department at the University of Southampton. Following her doctoral studies, she held a postdoctoral position at Duke University and was awarded the NASA Einstein Fellowship. Rubin Observatory. Her research interests include particle astrophysics and cosmology, with a specific focus on transients and supernovae.
