Marialejandra Moreno Mantilla is a Lecturer in International Criminal Law at the University of Amsterdam, where she is a member of the Amsterdam Center for Criminal Justice and part of the teaching team for the International and Transnational Criminal Law LL.M. programme. Marialejandra has extensive experience in capacity-building and has worked with civil society organizations such as the Case Matrix Network and the Centre for International Law Research and Policy (CILRAP-CMN), mentoring legal practitioners to ensure the implementation of international criminal law standards at the domestic level. She studied Law and International Relations at Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Public International Law, specializing in International Criminal Law from Leiden University in The Netherlands.
