Mariangela Lisanti is a professor of physics at Princeton University and a research scientist at the Center for Computational Astrophysics at the Flatiron Institute. As an astroparticle theorist, she leads a research group at Princeton focusing on the nature of dark matter. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard University, graduating summa cum laude in 2005, and went on to complete her Ph.D. at Stanford University in 2010. Lisanti joined the Princeton faculty in the Department of Physics in 2013.
