Dr. Marianne Lennon

Biography

Marianne Casilla-Lennon, MD, is a board-certified general urologist at Yale School of Medicine. Specializing in comprehensive care for both men and women, she has clinical expertise in treating conditions such as erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and urinary tract obstruction. Dr. Casilla-Lennon is skilled in performing minimally invasive, open, and office-based urologic procedures, emphasizing individualized, patient-centered care. With a passion for making a meaningful impact in people's lives, she focuses on ensuring her patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their care. Beyond her clinical practice, she plays a vital role in medical education at Yale, serving as the Director of Medical Education and Resident Medical Education Fellowship in the Department of Urology, as well as the Urology Resident Director at the West Haven Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She oversees medical student curricula and clerkships, mentoring students and residents in their academic and professional development. Dr. Casilla-Lennon's research spans various topics, including health systems, medical education, and clinical urology.
