Biography

Marie-Claire Belleau is a full professor at the Faculty of Law at Laval University, where she also teaches in master's programs in Europe. She holds a doctorate and a master's degree from Harvard Law School and a graduate degree from the University of Paris II. In 2010, she was awarded the title of Advocatus Emeritus by the Bar of Quebec. She was elected to the Royal Society of Canada in 2015 and was received in 2016.
