Biography

Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Geneva, specializing in Corporate Law and Competition Law. Holding a Ph.D. in Law and a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Ethics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, she is also an attorney-at-law serving as Counsel at the business law firm Tavernier Tschanz in Geneva. Zen-Ruffinen is active in various capacities, including serving as Chairman of the Foundation Swiss Board Institute and as a member of the Board of the Management Association of the Swiss Institute of Directors. Additionally, she is a Board Director for Bâloise Group. With significant academic and practical expertise, she contributes to research and publications within her fields of specialization, including Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, focusing on topics such as Commercial Contracts.
