Biography

Marie Hollenhorst is a physician scientist specializing in non-malignant hematology, transfusion medicine, and chemical biology. Her research focuses on the biology of platelets and the role of sugar molecules in controlling their function and lifespan. Her work has been supported by grants from the NIH and the National Blood Foundation.
