Biography

Marie Oh Huber is a visiting lecturer at Yale Law School, specializing in law with a rich background as a public and private company independent director and chief legal officer at eBay, a Fortune 500 global e-commerce company. She has significant expertise in in-house payments/fintech ads platforms, as well as at Agilent Technologies, which is a Fortune 500 global life sciences and healthcare company. Her extensive experience spans cross-border mergers and acquisitions, digital transformations, risk management, and CEO/board succession, alongside engagements in shareholder activism. Huber currently serves as a board member on Portland General Electric and chairs the Nominating Governance Sustainability Committee while also being a member of the Audit Risk Committee. Beyond her directorship roles, she has earned fellowships at the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance and serves on various boards including the Asian Art Museum and Northwestern Law School. She is a recognized leader, honored as a 2024 Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel and included in the 2024 list of 100 AAPI Board Members making a difference. Huber previously held significant roles at Adevinta and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, where she chaired the CEO search committee. She holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
